Terms and Conditions of Sale — FesWeb LLC

These Terms govern all design and branding service sales through madebyfes.com.

1. Services Covered

FesWeb LLC provides digital-design, branding, and motion-graphic services, delivered online after payment confirmation.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD) and exclude transaction fees. Prices may be updated without prior notice.

3. Payment Process

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. FesWeb LLC does not access customers’ financial information. Orders are valid only after full payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Schedule

Design deliverables are provided within 48 hours – 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are accepted within 30 days except for discounted products. Clients bear transaction and conversion fees. Requests should be sent to studio@madebyfes.com.

6. Warranty and Responsibility

FesWeb LLC guarantees delivery of ordered digital files but not their commercial performance. The company is not responsible for downstream use by clients.

7. Events Beyond Our Control

Delays caused by external events such as network failure, natural disaster, or regulatory changes shall not incur liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
