Thank you for choosing FesWeb LLC. This Refund Policy explains when refunds can be requested for purchases made on madebyfes.com.

1. Refund Period

Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Discounted or promotional design packages;
• Completed or delivered design projects;
• Transaction or conversion fees charged by payment gateways.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to studio@madebyfes.com including your invoice and project details. We review all requests manually within 10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time varies depending on your bank’s policy.

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of a service has been delivered, a proportional refund may be issued at FesWeb LLC’s discretion.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Kentucky.
